Tenants may get up to speed quickly with answers to some common questions.

If you are occupying property managed by Cornerstone, you will be able to securely login to your Dashboard using credentials we prepare for you. From there you may manage most aspects of your tenancy.

We have grouped most maintenance tasks to help you easily select the work needed on your unit. Once you create a maintenance request, we will assign a repairer and you will be able to view the status of the task (and all previous tasks) from within your Dashboard.

Yes, reminders of late rent payments will be sent automatically as well as upcoming lease renewals that will need your signature. These reminders will be automatically sent to you by email, an SMS or a WhatsApp message or any combination of these.

We are working on an easy method of achieving this and will inform you when its available.

Yes, all rental payments made may be reviewed or downloaded as a PDF or an Excel file from your Dashboard.

In addition to rental payments and Maintenance Requests you may also view or download a PDF version of your active Lease Agreement.

Cornerstone may from time to time post notices that concern one or more rental units. These are available online in your Notice Board.

To avoid unauthorized access to your information stored in the Dashboard we highly recommend that you secure your login using 2-Factor Authorization (2FA). This can be switched on or off from your Dashboard. We will provide you with more information on how to use and establish this when we create your new Tenant login account.
